By downloading or using the WaySay app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Description of the service
WaySay provides travellers with city-based language cards, pronunciation support, cultural tips and emergency information. Content is provided for educational and informational purposes. Emergency numbers and consulate details are compiled with care but may change — verify critical information with official sources.
Account
Using the app requires signing in with your Apple or Google account. You're responsible for the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page.
Purchases and payments
The app offers one-time city packs, country packs and premium access. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Purchased packs grant lifetime access tied to your account and can be recovered via "Restore Purchases". Refund requests must be directed to Apple under Apple's refund policy.
Intellectual property
All content in the app (cards, translations, cultural tips, imagery and software) is owned by or licensed to WaySay. You're granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, distributing or commercially exploiting the content is prohibited.
Unacceptable use
Reverse engineering the app, scraping its content by automated means, circumventing security measures, or using the app in violation of applicable law is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". No warranty is given as to the completeness or currency of the content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Translations and travel information are for guidance — rely on official sources for final decisions.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
